On June 28, the groundbreaking ceremony of the solid waste incineration power generation project of Woneng Environment Vietnam Longxing Green Energy Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded in Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam. Leaders and guests including Tran Quoc Vuong, former member of the Politburo of the Central Committee and Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of Vietnam; Nguyen Khac Thuan, Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee and Governor; Lai Van Hien, Deputy Governor of Thai Binh Province; Shan Jianming, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meixinda Group; Bao Fengjiao, wife of the Chairman of the Board of Directors; Rui Yong, President of Meixinda Group; Shan Chao, Chairman of Woneng Environment; Song Ping, President of Woneng Environment; Vu Thi Thap, Chairman of Sun Group, the joint venture partner of the Vietnam project; and Nguyen Truong Thang, Vice Chairman of Sun Group attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
At the ceremony site, Lai Van Hien, Deputy Governor of Thai Binh Province, congratulated on the implementation of the project. He emphasized that the modern solid waste incineration power generation technology introduced by this project will completely change the existing traditional garbage treatment mode. Through an energy-based, harmless, and resource-based closed-loop system, it will achieve a double breakthrough in the improvement of the ecological environment quality and the green economic transformation of Thai Binh Province, providing a demonstration model for the sustainable urbanization of Vietnam.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Nguyen Truong Thang, Vice Chairman of Sun Group, highly appraised the cooperation value of this project: "The deep integration of Woneng Environment's cutting-edge technology and local resources has made this project go beyond the positioning of a single environmental protection project and become the core engine driving the 'integration development strategy of Thai Binh - Hung Yen Provinces'." His speech clearly pointed out that the consortium will build a national - level garbage incineration benchmark project in Vietnam, providing a replicable green transformation path for the whole country.
Shan Chao, Chairman of Woneng Environment, stated in his speech: "We cherish the trust given by the Vietnamese government and people, and will invest the best resources and technologies to ensure that this project is built to high standards and becomes a model of China - Vietnam environmental protection cooperation." He particularly emphasized that this technology and management output will provide a "Woneng solution" for the construction of Vietnam's circular economy system, and in the future, it can be quickly adapted to the circular economy construction needs of various provinces in Vietnam.

Introduction to the Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant Project of Woneng Environment Vietnam Longxing Green Energy Co., Ltd.
The solid waste incineration power generation project of Woneng Environment Vietnam Longxing Green Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam, with a total area of nearly 6 hectares. The project is designed to have a scale of 600 tons per day and a power generation installed capacity of 15MW. Relying on Woneng Environment's advanced incineration power generation process and mature operation and management system, after the project is completed, it will be able to handle about 219,000 tons of garbage annually and generate about 120 million kWh of green electricity annually. The construction and operation of the project can not only effectively meet the growing garbage treatment needs of Thai Binh Province and its surrounding areas, significantly improve the regional ecological environment, but also provide stable clean electricity, empowering local green development.
